(57) shall well and truly pay unto the said Charles Calvert his executors administrators or assignes the said Two hundred & twelve pounds Current Money aforesaid Together with the Lawfull intrest thereof to be Reckoned from the tenth day of May Last past at the Dwelling House of the said Charles Calvert in Annapolis aforesaid at or upon the twelfth day of July next ensuing the Date of these presents Then these presents and every article Clause Condition and Covenant therein Mentioned to be absolutely void and of none effect otherwise Doth Bind himselfe his heirs executors and administrators to pay the said Two hundred and Twelve pounds with the Lawfull intrest thereof according to the Tenour of these presents firmly by these presents In Witness whereof the said William Parks hath hereunto set his hand and seale the Day & year first above written William Parks seale On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture Was thus Endors.t viz.t Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of us Benj.a Tasker D Dulany I acknowledge that I Owne and stand Indebted to the Honourable Charles Calvert Esq.r in the sume of two hundred and twelve pounds Current Money the Consideration within Mencond and that the same became due the tenth day of May Last past for which the intrest is to be paid from that time notwithstanding it is otherwise expressed in the within Deed Witness W.m Parks Benj.a Tasker D Dulany October 16.th 1731 10 sides Then did W.m Parks party to the within Deed acknowledge the same before me one of his Lordships the Lord propry his justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases Provided Benj.a Tasker (Recorded this 21.st day of March 1731) |
