       Presents Doth assign set over and Transferr unto the said
       Charles Calvert & Twenty Thousand pounds of Tobacco Annually
       out of the Twenty four Thousand pounds of Tobacco Due &
       payable to the said William Parks by Act of Assembly
       of this Province dureing the whole time that the said
       Twenty four Thousand pounds of Tobacco is payable by the
       said act To have and to hold the said several Tracts of Land
       Lott and other the Premisses to him the said Charles Calvert
       his heirs and assignes for ever to his and their own use
       and none other and to have and receive the said Twenty
       Thousand pounds of Tobacco yearly and every year during
       the time the same is due and payable by Act of Assembly
       to the said William Parks to the use of the said Charles Calvert
       his executors adm.rs or assignes to his and their own use
       And the said William Parks for himselfe his heirs
       Doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles
       Calvert his heirs and assignes shall and may peaceably & quietly
       have hold possess and enjoy the said Tracts of Land portion
       or Lott of Ground and other the Premisses from time
       to time and at all times hereafter And that the same
       and every part thereof shall for ever hereafter be
       sufficiently Warranted and Defended by the said Will.m
       Parks and his Heirs to the said Charles Calvert his heirs
       and assignes from and against all persons and claims and
       incumberances whatsoever the Rents and services to the
       Lord Propry hereafter to grow due onely excepted And
       the said William Parks for himselfe his heirs executors
       and administrators Doth Covenant and Agree to and with
       the said Charles Calvert his executors adm.rs and assignes
       that he and they shall and may for have take and Receive
       the said Twenty Thousand pounds of Tobacco yearley &
       every year during the time the same shall be due and
       Payable to the said William as aforesaid And the said
       William Parks by these Presents Doth make Ordain
       Constitute and appoint the said Charles Calvert his true &
       Lawfull attorney irrevocable to ask Demand Receive Sue
       and Recover the said Twenty Thousand pounds of Tobacco
       out of the hands of the severall sherriffs of Prince
       Georges County Charles County S.t Mary.s County Calvert
       County Baltemore County Cecill County Kent County
       Queen Anns County Talbot County Dorchester County &
       Sommerset County or other person or persons in his
       Hands the same shall be or into whose hands the same
       thereof full and absolute Discharges and acquittances
       for the same to give Provided Nevertheless and it is
       the true intent & meaning hereof that if the said Will.m
