CENSES.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 53(1) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1969 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages," subtitle "General Provisions on Issue of Licenses," sub-
heading "Prince George's County—Generally," be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
53. Prince George's County—Generally.
(1) Number of licenses issued.—The number of licenses of each
class of alcoholic, beverages licenses in Prince George's County shall
not exceed the following maximum amounts:
Beer license, Class A
Beer license, Class B
Beer license, Class C
Beer license, Class D
Beer and light wine license, Class A
Beer and light wine license, Class B
Beer and light wine license, Class C
Beer and light wine license, Class D
Beer, wine and liquor license, Class A
Beer, wine and liquor license, Class B
Beer, wine and liquor license, Class BH
Beer, wine and liquor license, Class C

(House Bill 460)
AN ACT to repeal Section 37(x) of Article 87 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume), title "Sheriffs,"
subtitle "Compensation and Duties," and to enact new Section
37(x) in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed,
to amend the schedule of employees, officers and salaries in the
office of the Sheriff of Baltimore City and relating generally to
the terms and conditions of their employment.
