        This Indenture made the Twenty
Hundred & six Betweene Thomas Theackstone of Caecill
Trowlock of ye aforesd County Planter on the other pt Wittnesseth
of the sume of Two Thousand Pounds of Tobacco already paid to ye
ye sd Thomas Theackstone & Mary Doe Acknowledge & thereof
ye sd Joseph Trewlock his heires Executrs & administratrs for ever
ye sd Thomas & Mary his Wife thereunto moveing haveing given
And by these prsents do fully freely & absolutely give grant
Trewlock his heires Executrs admrs & assignes for ever; all ye
of One Thousand Acres called Stratton Lyeing in Talbot
of John Edmonson & by him sold to William Dixon & the
& Samll Milson Divided into Two parts or Moeties, That is
Land pt of ye sd Samuell Milsons moety which is next
Beginning at a Oake Marked with Six notches standing
& Twenty prches by ye Line and Divides ye Severall Moieties
the branch to ye aforesd Oake; Together will all Woods and
appurtenants profitts & advantages to ye prmisses or to any
Reversion or Reversions Remainder & Remainders of all
all ye Estate, right, Title, Interest use, possession, property Clai
of in or unto ye sd prmisses or any pt or parcell of them
hereby granted prmisses with ye rights & appurtenances
propr use & benefitts for ever; And ye sd Thomas & mary
Acres wth their appurtenances unto ye sd Joseph Trulock
sd Thomas & Mary & them & their heires & assignes & all
under him or them or any of them shall and will Warrant
& Mary his wife for themselves their Heires Execrs and admrs
assignes & every of them by these prsents in manner & forme
Delivery of these prsents; is Seized of and in ye se one Hun
and absolute Estate of Inheritance wthout any Condition
ffull power and Lawfull Authority to convey ye hereby granted
heires & assignes in manner & form afforesd; And ye ye sd
& may by force & vertue of these prsents from time to
have, hold, use, occupy, possess & Enjoye ye sd one
rents Issues & profitts thereof to & their proper use & behoofe
Thomas Theackstone & Mary his wife or his theire heires
Claimeing by or from or under him them or any other or
procurement; And ye ffree & clear & ffreely & clearly acquitted
& kept harmless by ye sd Thomas Theackstone his heires Execrs
mortgages & from all Joyntures Dowres & Titles of Dowres
Mary ye wife of ye sd Thomas And from all forfietures
to become Due to ye Lord propr of the: this Province or his
the sd Thomas Theackstone for himselfe his heires & assignes
