fifth Day of June in ye year of our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven
County Planter & Mary his wife of the One Part, And Joseph
that the sd Thomas Theackstone & mary his Wife for & in Consideration
sd Thomas Theackstone by ye sd Joseph Trewlock the Receipt whereof
& Every part & prcell thereof doth Clearely Acquitt & Discharge
by these Presents & for divers other good Causes & considerations here
granted, Bargained, sold, aliened, Enfeoffed & Confirmed
Bargaine & Sell, Alien, Enfeoffe & Confirme unto ye sd Joseph
One Hundred Acres of Land prt of ffive Hundred Ackers Moiety
County in ye forke of Tuckaho Late in ye Tenure or occupation
aforesd Samuell Milson And by them the sd William Dixon
to say all that One Hundred Acres of rough & uncultivated
adjoyning & Adjacent To William Dixon prt or Moety
by the Maine branch & runs north north west Three Hundrd
Underwoods Trees Timber Trees & all heretemts & appurtenances
prt of them belonging or in any waise appertaineing and the
& singular the aforementioned Bargained prmisses; And also
me & Demand whatsoever of them ye sd Thomas & mary his wife
To Eave & to hold ye sd Hundred Acres & all other the
unto ye sd Joseph Trulock and assignes to them & their only
his wife for themselves & their heires & assignes ye sd Hundred
his heires & assignes to them & propr use against them ye
& Every other pr or prsons Lawfully Claimeing by from or
& for ever defend by these prsents; And the sd Thomas Theackstone
Doth Covenant & agree with ye sd Joseph Trulock his heires &
following; That is to say yt ye sd Thomas at ye time of Ensealing &
dred Acres with their appurtenances of a good pure prfect
to any prson or prsons to make voide ye same & hath good right
prmisses & their appurtanances unto ye sd Joseph Trulock his
Joseph Trulock his heires & assignes & Every of them shall
time & at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully & peaceably
Hundred and with their appurtances & have receivd take the
forever wthout any Lawfull Lett, Suite, Trouble or disturbance of ye sd
& assignes or of any other pr or prsons whatsoever Lawfully
by his or their Meanes Title or Interest Content or privity or
& Discharged or otherwise from time to time sufficiently saved
& admrs & from all manner of former gifts grants Bargains & Sales
Especially of & from the Dowre & Title of Dowre of ye aforesaid
Rents & arrearages of rent The rents & services hereafter
Heires & successors alwaies Excepted & foreprized; And further
Doth Covenant & agree to & wth ye sd Joseph Trulock his
Theackstone his heires or assignes or any of them claimeing
& will from time to time & at all times Dureing the
