the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Six Betweene
Alla of Kent County of ye other pt Wittnesseth That the said Henry
Pounds of Tobacco to him in hand pd att and before the Ensealing
e of ye sd Henry Everitt doth acknowledge and Confesse himself to be
pcell thereof doth clearely Acquitt Exonerate and discharge ye sd John
hath given, granted, Bargained, & Sold, Alienated, Enfeoffed & Confirmed
unto him ye d John Alla his Heires & assignes for ever One Hundred
Smiths farm with all & singular its rights Members and appurte-
ffences woods & underwoods profitts and Comodities whatsoever
appertaineing; all which sd prcell of Land & prmisses are situate
in kent County in ye Province of Maryland; Beginning at a marked
Laid out for Humphry Davenport and ye south west & by west
west Seaventy & ffive prches, Then south west & be west Three Hun-
Davis Land; Then with his Land to the ffirst Tree Containing
sd One Hundred and ffifty Acres of Land with all its rights members
Heires & assignes forever free & Cleare and freely & Clearely acquitted
Bargaines, Sales, Leases, forfeitures, Joyntures, Judgmts Execucons
forth grow due & payable to ye Chife Lord or Lords of ye fee or fees only
himselfe his Heires & assignes Covenant and agree to & with the Said
these prsents to save & keep harmless ye sd John Alla his heires &
Claimeing any right Title, Interest Claime or Demand unto
Warrant & for ever defend p these prsents; And him ye said
taine & keep to the only proper use & behoofe of him ye sd John
Everitt doth hereby Release all ye Estate right, Title, Interest
in ye sd prmisses and invest the same in & upon ye sd John Alla
of Inheritance of fee simple & to ye only proper use & behoofe of
Everitt doth further Covenant & agree for himselfe his Heires and
of them that he ye sd Henry Everitt his Heires or assignes or Either
John Alla his Heires or assignes make, doe, Execute, or cause to be
Assurance or assurances conveyance or conveyances requisitt
Councill Learned in the Law shall reasonably devise advise or
Alla his heires and assignes and to no other Intent & meaning
hand & seale ye Day & year ffirst above written
