Also House Bill No. 116 1/2, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Sections 2 and 3 of Chapter 514
of the Acts of Assembly of 1910, entitled 'An Act to incorpo-
rate the town of Mount Rainier, Prince George's county,
Maryland, ' as the same were respectively repealed and re-
enacted by Chapter 457 of the Acts of 1912, and Chapter 357
of the Acts of 1914. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and
referred to Senators Holmead, Johnson and Warfield. ]

Also House Bill No. 207, entitled "An Act to repeal Chapter
499 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1906,
entitled 'An Act to incorporate the town of Pittsville, of
Wicomico county, Maryland. '" [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first
time and 'referred to Senators Bennett, Harrison and Par-
sons. ]

Also House Bill No. 175, entitled "An Act to authorize the
Commissioners of Aberdeen, to issue bonds, to pay for im-
provements, hereafter to be made in the town of Aberdeen,
Maryland, at the direction of said Commissioners of Aberdeen,
with a referendum to the voters of said town, attached
thereto. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred
to Senators Archer, Allen and Cooper. ]

Also House Bill No. 216, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 36 of Article 101 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edition, Volume 3),
entitled 'Workman's Compensation, ' so as to extend the bene-
fits of said Article to alien non-residents, dependents upon
certain terms and conditions. " [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings. ]

Also House Bill No. 257, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 19 of Article 97 of Bagby's
Annotated Code of the Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title
'Weights and Measures, ' as amended by Chapter 802 of the
Acts of 1914. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and re-
ferred to the Committee on Inspections. ]

Also House Bill No. 215, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendment, Section 14 of Article 25 of the Code
