Also House Bill No. 72, entitled "An Act to make valid
deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances, bills of sale and all
other conveyance of real and personal property, or of any in-
terest, defective in acknowledgment or in the certificate
thereof, or when the official character of the officer taking the
acknowledgment has not been stated in the body of the cer-
tificate or certified to, as required by law, or when the con-
veyance has not been witnessed and sealed, or any mortgage
or assignment of mortgage defectively sworn to or not sworn
to at all. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred
to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. "]

Also House Bill No. 119, entitled "An Act to require the
Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis Electric Railroad Com-
pany, a corporation, to maintain lights at certain stations and
public road crossings over its railway in Prince George's
county, and for other purposes. " [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings. "]

Also House Bill No. 302, entitled "An Act to protect En-
glish ring-neck or Mongolian pheasant, American pheasant,
dark-neck Bohemian pheasant, pheasant or ruffed grouse within
the limits of Wicomico county, Maryland, until November 10,
1921. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed J)y yeas
and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to
the Committee on Fish and Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 137, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 3, Chapter 409 of the Acts
of 1912, entitled 'An Act to regulate the licensing of auctioneers
in Baltimore county. '" [Endorsed: "Read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time
and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 298, entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-
tions 185-F and 185-G of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title 'Dorchester
County, ' sub-title 'Fish, ' as enacted by Chapter 537 of the Acts
of 1910. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred
