Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(House Bill 136)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 371 to 380A, inclusive, of Article 20 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County", sub-title "Roads", Sections 372 and 378,
respectively, having been amended by Chapters 349 of 1951, and
699 of 1939, respectively, and Sections 375A and 380A, respec-
tively, having been added by Chapters 179 of 1941, and 58 of 1947,
respectively, and to enact new Sections 371 to 380E, inclusive, in
lieu thereof, to stand in the place and stead of the sections so
repealed, generally revising the law on county roads in Somerset
