records of such licenses, and the convenient and effective enforcement
of the provisions of this sub-title.

122. Any person violating or refusing to comply with any of the
provisions of this sub-title or any rules or regulations passed in
pursuance thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction thereof, shall be fined not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
or imprisoned in the County jail for not more than sixty (60) days,
or both. It shall be the duty of the State's Attorney, the dog warden,
and his deputies to prosecute all persons found violating the law by
refusing to comply with its provisions.

Sec 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(Senate Bill 446)

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and devises contained
in the Last Wills and Testaments of certain persons, deceased, and
also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds made by
various persons to and for the use and benefit of sundry minis-
terial persons, religious corporations, vestries, educational and
charitable institutions, churches, denominations or sects herein-
after named.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the sanction and consent of the said General Assembly of Mary-
land be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted to the
following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales, leases, conveyances
and deeds, to and from certain persons and bodies corporate to and
for the use of certain ministerial persons, religious and educational
corporations, orders, denominations and sects, and to certain char-
itable institutions hereinafter named and hereinafter set forth.

1. To a conveyance to St. Paul's English Evangelical Lutheran
Congregation of Baltimore County, from Mary Esther Wilcox, of a
property in the Fourteenth District of Baltimore County and de-
scribed as follows:

"Being known and designated as Lot No. 70, as shown on the Plat
of Kenridge, which plat is recorded among the Plat Records of Bal-
timore County in Plat Book C.W.B., Jr., No. 12, folio 92,

Being the same lot of ground which by Deed of Assignment dated
July 21st 1958, was conveyed by Thelma W. Hoffman unto St. Paul's
