English Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Baltimore County,

2.    To a conveyance to the Trustees of St. Paul's Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Hancock, Maryland, from James Elmer Sensel,
of a property fronting on the east side of Fulton Street in Hancock,
said deed being recorded among the Land Records of Washington
County, Maryland, in Liber 249, folio 518.

3.    TO A DEED FROM SOPHIA SNYDER TO BETHANY
HEBREW CHRISTIAN CENTER, INCORPORATED, DATED
MAY 14, 1943, AND RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS
OF BALTIMORE CITY IN LIBER M. L. P. NO. 6456, FOLIO 173,
CONVEYING PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2405 GARRISON BOULE-
VARD, BALTIMORE, MARYLAND.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 553
(Senate Bill 465)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 469 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Refuse—Throwing or
Dumping; Dumps, Junk Yards, etc.", relating to the establishment
and maintenance of junk yards and dumps in Charles County and
relating generally to junk yards and dumps in Charles County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 469 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Refuse-
Throwing or Dumping; Dumps, Junk Yards, etc.", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

469.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, either to
maintain or permit to be maintained outside of any incorporated
municipality a junk yard, a public dump or a lot on which refuse,
trash or junk is deposited or motor vehicles are dismantled or stored
within five hundred (500) feet of a public highway or within five
hundred (500) feet of the residence of another, or for any person,
firm or corporation, to throw, dump or deposit any trash, junk or
other refuse upon the same, or to dismantle any motor vehicle there-
on, unless said person, firm or corporation shall have obtained a
permit from the county commissioners of the county in which said
