senger trains passing said stations going north, and the same
number of trains going south, over the railroad of said com-
pany, but not for the free carriage of passengers between said
stations, and in addition to said trains said company shall, on
each day, stop at each of said stations at least three (3) through
passenger trains passing the same going north and at least
three (3) through passenger trains passing the same going
south, for the purpose of letting off passengers destined for said
stations and for the purpose of taking on passengers destined
to Baltimore or Philadelphia, or points beyond either of said
stations.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date
of its passage.

CHAPTER 561.
(House Bill 568)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 111
of Article 48A of Flack's Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), as said section was amended by Chapter 297 of
the Acts of 1941, title "Insurance", sub-title "Life, Accident
and Health Insurance", and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sections 112 and 128 of said Article, title and
sub-title as aforesaid, and to add two new sections to said
Article, title and sub-title as aforesaid, said new sections to
follow immediately after Section 130, and to be known as
Sections 130A and 130B, all relating to life insurance poli-
cies, valuation thereof and non-forfeiture benefits therein.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 111 of Article 48A of Flack's Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), as said section was amended
by Chapter 297 of the Acts of 1941, title "Insurance", sub-title
"Life, Health and Accident Insurance", and Sections 112 and
128 of said Article, title and sub-title as aforesaid, be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
