HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

northwest side of Belair avenue in the city of
Baltimore, and fully described in a deed dated
January nineteenth, eighteen hundred and
sixty, and now recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city, in Liber G. E. S.,
No. one hundred and eighty-five, folio three
hundred and thirty-four, etc., from said Cum-
mings, et al., to the Reformed Presbyterian
Church of Baltimore.

Third. To the sale of William C. Snyder, et
al., to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the West Baltimore Station in the
city of Baltimore, of certain property, being

part of a tract of land called " Newington," and
fully described in a deed dated September
twenty -ninth, eighteen hundred and thirty-six,
from the said William C. Snyder, et al., to the
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
the West Baltimore Station in the city of Bal-
timore, now recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore city, in Liber T. K., No. two
hundred and sixty-three, folio three hundred
and ninety-nine, etc.

Fourth. To the sale of Chauncy Brooks, et
al., to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the West Baltimore Station in the
city of Baltimore of certain property, being
part of a tract of land called "Spicer's Stony
Hills," and fully described in a deed dated the
