CHAPTER 115.

AN ACT to refund to the estate of Isabella
Fahey, (formerly Isabella Cleary), late of
Howard county, deceased, certain sums of
money erroneously paid into the Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Treasurer of
the State be and he is hereby authorized and
directed, upon the warrant of the Comptroller,
to pay the administrator of the estate of Isa-
bella Fahey, (formerly Isabella Cleary), late
of Howard county, deceased, the sum of sev-

enty-five dollars and eighteen cents, being
money which the said Isabella Fahey has
paid into the Treasury for State taxes on ac-
count of erroneous assessment for property
situate in Howard county, for the years eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-eight, eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-nine, eighteen hundred and
eighty, eighteen hundred and eighty-one and
eighteen hundred and eighty-two, inclusive,
the same having been recommended by the
officers of the State Treasury.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 116.

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and
seventeen and three hundred and seventy-
one of the laws of eighteen hundred and
eighty-four, relating to the public records
of Calvert county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
