county.

No. 104. An Act to repeal eb. 456 of the Acts passed at
January Session, 1874, entitled an Act to provide for the
better projection of birds in Garrett county, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

The hour of 12 having arrived, the President announced
the order of the day to be

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the General Vain-
tion and Assessment of Property in the State.

Said bill having been heretofore read the third time,

Was passed by yeas and nays as follows :

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 4, of Article
81, of the Code of Public General Laws, as the same was
enacted by chapter 483, of the Acts of 1874, and to enact a
new Section in lieu of the Section so repealed,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 43, of Article
56, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to "Li-
censes," and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr, Stevens

The rules were suspended so as to take up

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to issue the bonds of the city of Balti-
