Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1853,
chapter 88, entitled an Act to incorporate the Pittsburg and
Connellsville Railroad Company in the State of Maryland.
Having been heretofore read the second time,
Was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
On motion by Mr. Gorman, (the rules were suspended) so

as to take up

House bill entitled an Act making further appropriations
for the support of the government and schools, and reforma-
tory institutions, for the year ending the 31st day of De-
cember, 1876

Which was lead the third time aid passed by yeas and nays
as follows, with proposed amendments :
