No. 81. An Act to amend the Constitution of the Henry
Watson Children's Aid Society of Baltimore, as the same was
enacted by Act of 1872, ch. 14.
No. 82. An Act to preserve and define the harbor at Salis-
bury and the channel of Wicomico river, in Wicomico county.
No. 83. An Act to empower the Clerks of the County
Commissioners of Calvert and Washington counties, to ad-
minister an oath or affirmation to any person presenting a
claim to the Commissioners of said counties, against the
county.
No. 84. An Act to grant certain additional powers to the
Johns Hopkins University, a corporation incorporated under
the General Laws of Maryland.
No. 85. An Act to repeal ch. 199 of the Acts passed Jan-
uary Session, 1874, entitled an Act to authorize the construc-
tion of fire-proof vaults in the Court House in Easton, ami to
enact the following in lieu thereof.
No. 86. An Act to repeal Sections 7, 17, 20 and 22 of the
Acts of 1872, ch. 251, and re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 87. An Act to provide for the proper representation
of the State of Maryland at the Celebration of the One Hun
dredth Anniversary of American Independence.
No. 88 An Act to repeal Section 115 of ch. 343, of the
Acts of 1874, relating to the City of 'We^minster, in Carroll
county, and to re-enact the same with anienc.rnentf.
No. 89. An Act to authorizeed empowei the State's At-
torneys for Dorchester and Caroline counties, to stet certain
cases on the dockets of the Circuit Courts for said counties
respectively.
No. 97. An Act to repeal Section 8 of ch. 506, of the Acts
of 1874, entitled an Act for the taxation of dogs in the State
of Maryland, and to re-enact the same with an amendment.
No. 98. An Act to pay Levin L. Waters, Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court for Somerset county, for fees accruing in his office
against the State of Maryland.
No. 99. An Act, to repeal Section 81 of Art. 14, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," and to amend and re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add a sub-Section thereto,
and to provide for the appointment of two County Commis-
sioners by the Governor, to serve until the next general
election.
No. 102. An Act for the relief of Rachel Wilson, by re
funding State and County taxes erroneously paid.
