the Susquehanna river,

Senate bill entitled au Act to add additional Sections to
Article 29 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts,"
sub-title "Judgments," to follow Section 19, to enable judg-
ment creditors to secure liens against real estate of defend-
ants lying in another county or city,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
