The vote by which said bill failed to receive a Constitutional
majority was reconsidered, and,
On motion by Mr. Stevens,

Was ordered to lie over, and be made the order of the day
for Tuesday, March 14th.

House Joint Resolutions in relation to the navigation of
the Susquehanna river,

Were read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

Senate bill entitled au Act to add additional Sections to
Article 29 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts,"
sub-title "Judgments," to follow Section 19, to enable judg-
ment creditors to secure liens against real estate of defend-
ants lying in another county or city,
