Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new Section to the
Code of Public General Laws, Article 16, title "Chancery,"
sub-title "Non Compos Mentis," to follow Section 87, provid-
ing for the cases of wards who may be non compos mentis
when they reach majority, and are unable to settle with
their guardians,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

tice of the Peace for the State of Maryland, in and for Som-
erset county, and in the 8th election district thereof,

Senate bill entitled an Act to establish a free bridge over
the Patapsco river, between Baltimore city and Anne Arun-
del county, at or near the present site of Light street bridge,
Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Suit, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the following
amendment:

AMENDMENT PBOPOSED.

Sec. 1, line 8, strike-out the word "State" and insert
"Anne Arundel County."
