With the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Line H, after the word ''Town," insert "provided the
amount levied shall not exceed in any one year 30 cents on
the hundred dollars upon the valuation of the assessable
property of said town."

At the end of 1st Section, after the word "dollars," in the
20th line, add the words "in each case "

Which were adopted.

Said bill as amended was then read the second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered the following messages':

Delegates, a bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 82, 83 and
84, of the Public Local Laws of Caroline county, sub-title
''Fence," so far as it relates to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Districts,
which passed the House of Delegates on the 7th inst.
