We have received your message, requesting the return of
House bill No. 46, entitled an "Act to amend the Public Lo-
cal Laws, relating tu Somerset county," sub-title "Fences,"
by adding thereto the following : And herewith return the
same.

Mr. Lloyd submitted the following message:

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your message asking the return of House
bill "entitled an Act to repeal Sections 82, 83 and 84, of
the Public Local Laws of Caroline county," subtitle
"Fences," and herewith return the same.

Which was lead, absented to, and sent to the House of
Delegates.
On motion by Mr. McCulloh, (by unanimous consent,)
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to amend the Act passed at the present Ses-
sion of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act
to lepeal and re-enact with amendments, an Act of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
in the year 1868, chapter 334, approved March 13th, 1868,
entitled an Act supplementary and amendatory of an Act,
passed at the present Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Cum-
berland and Pennsylvania Railroad Company, passed at the
January Session, 1849, chapter 469, and to further repeal
and amend said last Act by amending the 3rd Section there-
of, and re-enact the same with amendments.
Mr. Mudd, from Select Committee, leported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to encourage the killing of
Hawks, Big Owls, Foxes, and Weasels, in the counties of
Charles and Calvert
