titled "Chancery, " sub-title "Fraud, " and re-enact the
same with amendments.

On motion by Mr. Sulivane,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill to he entitled an Act to repeal Section
62, of Article 75, Code of Public General Laws, title "Plead-
ings, Practice and Process, " sub-title "Practice, " as amended
by the Act of 1864, Chapter 175, and to re-enact the same so
as to read as follows.

On motion by Mr. Sulivane,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to repeal Section
90, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Dorchester County, " under the head of "County Commis-
sioners, " enacted by the Act of 1870, Chapter 449; and Sec-
tions 6, 30, 31, 36, 42, 44, 46, 47, 55, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 74,
of Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Revenue and Taxes, " enacted by the Act of 1874, Chapter
483, and Section 48, of Article 29, of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled "Courts, " sub-title "Relief to Sher-
iffs and Collectors, '' in so far as the same may relate to Dor-
chester County, and to enact the following as Sections 232,
233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 240, 241, 242, 243, 244,
246, 247, 248, 249 and 250, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Dorchester County, " under a sub-title to be
entitled "Collection of Taxes, " in lieu thereof.

On motion by Mr. Dennis,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to amend Chap-
ter 69, of the Acts of the General Assembly of this State,
passed at the January Session of 1874, entitled an Act to add
an additional section to Article 40, of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled "Fines and Forfeitures, " to come in
after Section 3.

On motion by Mr. Bannon,

Leave was granted to the Committee on. Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to prevent tres-
passing upon Railroad cars.

Mr. Gorman, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Safe Deposit
Company of Baltimore, Chapter 242, of the Acts of the Gen-
