seventy-six, relating to oysters and fish in the waters of Syne-
puxent Bay and its tributaries, and to re-enact the following
in lieu thereof.

No. 65. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
Walter B. Brook, assignee in bankruptcy of Sterling, Ahrens
& Co.. for the rent of certain warehouses in the City of Bal-
timore, used as State Tobacco Warehouses.

66. An Act giving the sanction of the General Assembly
of Maryland to a gift by Charles S. Parran, of Calvert Coun-
ty, of seventy-five shares of the stock of the National Me-
chanics Bank, of Baltimore, to the vestry of Saint Paul's
Parish, in Calvert County.

No. 67. An Act to provide for the copying or transcribing
Liber B. of the records in the office of the Register of Wills
for Montgomery County.

No. 68. An Act to authorize and empower the Governor to
appoint an additional Justice of the Peace in the Second
Election District in Kent County.

No. 69. An Act in relation to the road running to "Brents
Landing," on Port Tobacco creek, from the point of its in-
tersection with the public road to Cedar Point Neck, in
Charles County.

No. 70. An Act to define and preserve the Inner Har-
bor of Cambridge, and Cambridge Creek, in Dorchester
County.

No. 71. An Act to amend an Act to incorporate the Prin-
cipio Manufacturing Company, Chapter 113, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1867, and to change
the name of said corporation to the George P. Whitaker
Company.

No. 73. An Act to repeal Section 57, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws for Prince George's County, as enacted by the
Act of 1876, Chapter 105, entitled an Act to repeal Section
44, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince
George's County," under the title of "Collectors," enacted
by the Act of 1872, Chapter 234, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add additional sections thereto,
and to re-enact said Section 57, with amendments.

No. 91. An Act to prescribe and define the duties of the
Comptroller of the Treasury relating to the apportionment and
distribution of the revenue derived from the annual tax levies
for the support of Free Public Schools, and to confirm the ap-
portionment thereof heretofore made by that officer.
