No. 92. An Act to amend the Act passed by the General
Assembly of Maryland, at the January Session, 1853, Chap-
ter 137, entitled an Act to incorporate the Patapsco Com-
pany, by repealing Sections 5 and 11, of said Act, and re-
enacting said section with amendments.

No. 93. An Act to revive the Western Telegraph Com-
panj , by amending the 17 Section of the Act of December
Session, 1846, Chapter 29, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Magnetic Telegraph Company, and by re-enacting said sec-
tion as amended.

No. 94. An Act to revive the Magnetic Telegraph Company
by amending the 17th Section of the Act of December Session,
1846, Chapter 39, entitled an Act to incorporate the Mag-
netic Telegraph Company, and by re-enacting said section as
amended,

No. 95. An Act to repeal Section 296 and sub-Section 1 of
the Public Local Laws of Washington County, entitled
"Smithsburg," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 96. An Act to refund to Dr. J. W. Downey, of New
Market, Frederick County, a sum of money erroneously paid
by him into the State Treasury.

No. 97. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Worcester County to erect and maintain a Bridge over Her-
ring Creek, in said county, and to levy a sum of money
therefor.

No. 98. An Act to continue1 the corporate existence of the
Bank of Commerce, in the City of Baltimore, and authoriz-
ing the cancelling by it of 2,700 shares in the capital stock
thereof.

No. 99. An Act to release certain claims of the State
against Collectors, Sheriffs and others to discontinue the
suits instituted for the recovery thereof.

No. 100. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Queen Anne's County, to levy a sum of money, as a pen-
sion for Solomon Tate, of said county.

No. 101. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County, to levy a sum of money to pay the
claims of Lawrence A. Darby and Mary V. K. Robertson,
administratrix of William G. Robertson, deceased, for taxes
erroneously paid by them.

No. 102. An Act to authorize the Comptroller of the
Treasury to adjust and settle the accounts due by Collectors,
Sheriff's, Clerks ef Courts, Registers of Wills and other re-
