44, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince
George's County," under the title of "Collectors," enacted
by the Act of 1872, Chapter 294, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add additional sections thereto, and
to re-enact said Section 57 with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 9 and 10, of
Chapter 424. of the Acts of 1868, entitled an Acb to incor-
porate the town of Berlin, in Worcester County, and to re-
enact the same with amendments,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

9, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Charles County, as
amended by the Act of 1870, Chapter 294, and to re-enact
