legany County," sub-title "City of Cumberland," and to re-
enact said sections with amendments, and to repeal the Act of
Assembly passed at its Session of 1874, Chapter 100, entitled
an Act to amend the charter of the City of Cumberland, by
repealing Sections 52 to 56, inclusive, of Article 1.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also, delivered
House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act of the Legisla-
ture passed at January Session, 1876, Chapter 406, entitled
an Act to repeal Sections 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, title "Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Roads."
Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Freeman, Gorman and Stump.

The proceedings of Friday were read and approved.
Mr. Dennis presented the petition of Thomas Williams and
30 others, citizens of Somerset County, praying for an Act to
authorize the County Commissioners of Somerset County to
build a bridge over the Great Annamessex River.
Which was read, and referred to Senators Dennis, Frank-
lin and Humphreys.
