from Glymont, on Potomac river, through Cornwallis Neck,
in Charles County, to the point of its termination.

Lancaster, Combs, of St. Mary's and Hill.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 143, of Article
16, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, enti-
tled "Chancery," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which, was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Protestant In-
fant Asylum of Baltimore City, to bind out and control the
destitute children under its care.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Frede-
rick County," sub-title "Emmittsburg," authorizing and
empowering the Burgess and Commissioners of Emmitts-
burg to widen the public street leading from the public
square, in said town, to the depot of Emmittsburg B. K.
Company, to be known as sub-Sections A and B to the char-
ter of said town.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Steiner, Newcomer and Sulivane.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 7, 10, 11, 13,
14, 16 and 21, Chapter 77, of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly, passed at January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to in-
corporate the town of Frostburg, in Allegany County, and
re-enact the same with amendments, and to add two addi-
tional sections thereto, number 34 and 35

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.
