Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Kent county to open a
street or road through certain private property in said
county.

Which was read the first time, and. referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

By Mr. Wootton,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Clarksburg, in Montgomery county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wootton, Hepbron and Wirt.

By Mr. Dawson,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add six additional
sections to Article 6, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Caroline County, " sub-title "County
Treasurer, " to follow section 68, and to be called 68
A, 68 B, 68 C, 68 D, 68 E and 68 F.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Dawson, Waters and Austin.

By Mr. Gorter,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 607, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Justices of
the Peace and Constables, " and to repeal chapter 125,
of the laws of 1890, and to re-enact with amendments
section 607, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title
"Justices of the Peace and Constables. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

By Mr. Hayes, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 4th section
of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session, 1890, chapter 608, en-
titled "an Act to provide for State taxation on the
revenues of certain foreign corporations, mentioned in
this Act, accruing from business done in the State of
Maryland, " and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.
