The House met at 12 M., and was opened with

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS,
Mr. Bryan presented a petition from George E.
Calloway and 89 other citizens of Queen Anne's
county, to repeal chapter 464, Acts of 1886, which in-
corporated Stevensville, in said county.
Which was read and referred to the Queen Anne's
County Delegation.

On motion of Mr. Orrick, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Monmonier be excused from to-
day's session.
On motion of Mr. Combs, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Garner be excused from attend-
ance on the sessions of yesterday and to-day, an ac-
count of sickness.
