On motion of Mr. Wilson,
Leave was granted to the Garrett County Delegation
and Mr, Bittinger to introduce a bill entitled an Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 94 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County,"
sub title "Election Districts," and to add a new sec-
tion thereto, to come in after section 94, and to be
designated as "94 A."
On motion of Mr. Carr,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments an Act entitled "An Act to authorize
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore city to make
annual appropriations for the benefit of the Maryland
Industrial School for Girls," now called the "Female
House of Refuge," passed at January Session, 1880.
On motion of Mr. Carter,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments chapter 35 of the Acts of
General Assembly of Maryland of 1801, entitled "A
supplement to an Act entitled an Act to incorporate
the Baltimore Equitable Society for insuring houses
from loss by fire."
On motion of Mr. O'Conor,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Tabb and Jenkins Hardware Company of Baltimore
city."
On motion of Mr. Laird,
Leave was granted to the Montgomery County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to enable
"The Board of Trustees of the Gaithersburg Methodist
Episcopal Church in the United States of America, of
Montgomery county," a religious corporation incor-
porated under the general corporation laws of the
State of Maryland, to sell and dispose of certain real
estate owned by it in Gaithersburg in said county.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to appro-
priate a sum of money for the support of the Co-opera-
tive Workers of Baltimore city.
