Crawford, of Calvert county, a sum of money paid by
him to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Calvert
county, and by said Clerk paid into the Treasury of

cuit Court of Calvert county aforesaid.

Harrison, late Collector of State taxes for Calvert
county, a sum of money erroneously paid by him into
