the Code of Public General Laws, title "Corpor-
ations," by inserting after section 167 an additional
section, to be designated 167, providing for the ser-
vice of notice in condemnation proceedings and other
practice therein.

House bill entitled an Act for the assessment and
collection of a tax upon distilled spirits.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to
make a special levy on the assessable property in the
village of Mt. Washington, in Baltimore county, pro-
vided that twenty-five or more tax-payers in said vil-
lage shall petition therefor.

tion 49, of Article 25, of the Code of Public General
