House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Board of Public Works to build and equip three
new sailing vessels for the State Fishery Force and to
sell three old sloops now used by said Force, and also
to provide for certain local guard boats during the
oyster season.

with amendments section 217, of Article 23, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Corporations,"
sub-title "Religious Corporations," and to add an
additional section thereto to be numbered section 217

House bill entitled an Act to refund to James
Nicholas the sum of six dollars and sixty cents for
State taxes erroneously paid into the State Treasury.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power Wyatt Owen to build a bridge from a point on
the shore of the Patapsco river, near Lester's Wharf,
to connect with Light Street Bridge, over the Patapsco
river.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Crimes and Punishments," by adding a new sub-
title to be known as "Bawdy Houses and Houses
of Ill-Fame," and add a new section to be known as
"Section 16 A."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the sale by the
vestry of St. Stephen's Church of Baltimore, to the
trustees of the Emanah Hebrew Congregation of Bal-
timore city, of all that lot of ground with the improve-
ments thereon, situated at the corner of Hanover
street and Welcome alley, in the city of Baltimore.
