416, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments sections 331 and 334, of Article 93, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary Law,"
sub-title "Wills."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 73, of
the Acts of 1882, entitled an Act to add additional
sections to the Code of Public Local Laws, Article —,
entitled "Garrett County," enacted by the Act of
1878, chapter 108, said sections to be sub-titled
"Thistles," to come in after sub-section 75 in said Act,
to be numbered "75 A," "75 B," "75 C," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to Gar-
rett County Delegation and Mr. Hosken.
Also,
Senate Joint Resolution instructing the Senators
and requesting the Representatives in Congress from
Maryland to take action with a view to securing and
preserving Temple Farm and the Moore House at
Yorktown, Virginia, by the United States.
Which was read a first time and referred to the
Committee on Federal Relations.
Also,
BY THE SENATE,
January 27th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates ;
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honora-
ble Body, to appoint a Joint Select Committee, con-
sisting of one from the Senate and one from the House
of Delegates, to procure from the office of the United
States Coast Survey, the necessary charts for the use
of the committee that has been appointed to go to
Richmond to confer with the Virginia Legislature in
regard to legislation for the Potomac and Pocomoke
Rivers.
