provide for the appointment of Boards of County
School Commissioners for Calvert and St. Mary s
counties so far as it relates to Calvert county, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

County Delegation and Mr. Garner.

Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to John C.
Tucker, late Collector of State taxes in the 3rd elec-
tion distric: of Harford county, the sum of $11.95,
heretofore erronously paid into the State Treasury.

the Grand Jury in Baltimore county.

pointment of arbitrators to ascertain and fix the true
boundary between the States of Maryland and West
Virginia, and to authorize the Attorney-General to
dismiss the suit now pending in the Supreme Court of
the United States.
