in so far as the same relates to black bass, and to re-
enact the same, and to add thereto four additional
sections after section 46 of said Article, for the pur-
pose of more fully protecting fresh water black bass
in all the waters of Maryland.

the Columbia and Maryland Railway, a corporation
formed under Article 23, of the Code of Public
General Laws of this State, title "Corporations," sub-
title "Railroad Companies."

peals," so as to authorize the appointment of a
