Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
section 15, of chapter 598, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session
of 1890, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Loan, Trust, Security and Insurance Company of Har-
ford county, and to enlarge its powers, and to add a
new section to said chapter, to be numbered "Section
16."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an add certain
additional sections to chapter 479, of the Acts of 1890,
amending the charter of the Chesapeake Bank and.
enlarging its corporate powers and franchises, and
changing its name to the Chesapeake, Bank and Trust
Company.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Also returned,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum
of money therein mentioned to pay the claims of T,
Lee Mattingly, Charles Bowie, B. J. Sedwick, R. M,
Code, J. C. Snowden, J. K. Greenwell, William H.
Warren and D. Bond, for money due for services
rendered in the State Tobacco Warehouses Nos. 1 and 2.
