A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 3, of chapter 264,
of Acts passed at January session, 1872, entitled an Act to
provide for the licensing of guagers of casks and liquids for
the City of Baltimore, and providing for the duties thereof,
and to enact the following in lieu thereof.

questing the Representatives from Maryland, in the Congress
of the United States, to use all proper means to secure the
removal of the United States Naval Asylum from Philadel-
phia, Pa., to Annapolis, Md.,
