House bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at the January session, 1868, entitled an Act to amend the 4th sec- tion of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session, 1864, chapter 29, entitled an Act to incorporate the Kent County Rail Road Company, passed on the 8th day of March, 1856, chapter 148, to add four sections thereto, and to appoint four new Commissioners in the place of for deceased Commissioners, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
