House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 62S, of Article
4, of Public Local Laws, entitled city of Baltimore, sub-
title " Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to
re-enact the same and sobstitute the following in lieu thereof,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows :

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel county to subscribe in behalf of
said county to the capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum
Point Rail Road Company, and issue bonds for the same,
and provide for their redemption,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as

follows:
