Randall severall goods wares & merchantdizes amounting to y Summ of one Thousand one hundred forty eight
pounds of Tobacco a perticular whereof is here in Co^rt brought which S^d Summ of 1148 ^lb tob: him y S^d Robert upon
himselfe Did assume & to y S^d Randall did faithfull promise y^t him y S^dRobert y S^d Robert y S^d ~~Robert~~ Summe of 1148^lb
tob: to him y S^d. Randall would well & truly pay when thereunto required notwithstanding which y S^d Robert
his promise & assumpcon little regarding but fraudulently intending him y S^d: Randall of y said one thousand
one hundred forty eight pounds of Tobacco to Deceive though often thereunto required hath not paid but the
same to pay Doth Still refuse whereupon y S^d Randall Saith y^t hee is damnified & hath Dammadge to y value
of Two thousand Three hundred pounds of Tobacco & thereupon brings this Suit: / :
