sixteen shillings and eight pence Jesse Davis seven pounds, fifteen
shillings — William Glasgow fourteen pounds, five shillings, William
Killpatrick eleven pounds, one shilling and eight pence — Samuel
Mansell six pounds ten shillings — Henry Harling one pound two
shillings & six pence and Thomas H Hall five pounds, fourteen shil-
lings of the same Emission due them p Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Richard Smith two hundred
and sixty two pounds, two shillings and four pence of the same
Emission to be delivered over to Capt Thomas Sprigg for the use of
his Company of Militia Guarding the Prisoners at Frederick Town
per pay roll examined and passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John Chever for the use of
Lieut Nicholas Ricketts six pounds of the same Emission in lieu of
twelve Gallons of Rum on Account

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Henry
Hall one hundred and ninety four pounds, four shillings of the Bills
emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due on
a Certificate granted James Dinney adjusted and passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty eighty nine pounds
fourteen shillings and seven pence half penny of the same Emission
due on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts
due from this State. —

We have yours of the 9th ulto. The State Money you have on
Hand, must be returned to the Treasury, and when you let us know
the Amount of the Claims upon your Brother's Estate, for his public
Transactions, we will furnish you with the Money to pay them, in
the same Manner that all other Public Creditors are paid, that is, with
red Money, as Specie

pounds, one shilling and eight pence — Jeremiah Hazle eight pounds,
one shilling and eight pence — Joseph Craufurd nine pounds, eight
shillings and four pence — Joseph Brown ten pounds eight shillings
and four pence — John Ogden nine pounds, eight shillings and four
pence — John Ferguson twelve shillings and six pence — Peter Jarboe
and Barney Payne, each, ten pounds, five shillings — Robert Jarboe
eleven pounds one Shilling and eight pence, William Pike ten pounds,
one shilling and eight pence — Charles Gough eleven pounds, thirteen
