Worthington, John, was a schoolmaster. John Riley, of Kent County, age 67, on 24 March 1774, deposed that 55 or 56 years ago his father told him that he was going to send him to school to John Worthington, who then lived on Daniel Mulligan's land (Kent Co. Ejectment Papers:  John Comegy)
