Parke, Julius Caesar, from Barbados, stated that whereas
by the repeated encouragement of his friend, Mr. William Potts, he intended
to advertise his intentions to teach the use of the foil, at Annapolis,
Upper Marlboro, and Baltimore.

Health: He got as far as Upper Marlborough when he was hindered
by a severe relapse of his disorder ... but he is now much improved
and is ready to wait on gentlemen in private who desire his instruction
in the use of the , globes, geography, mathematics, natural philosophy,
with several other things useful in life, etc. (AMG 26 Feb 1756).

Death: A noted master of the sword, he died last Monday at upper
Marlborouugh (AMG 4 Nov 1756).
