Born in Sandidges, VA, June 30, 1913. Attended public and private schools in Virginia; Virginia Commercial College. Served in the U.S. Army. Died December 11, 1999. Married; two daughters; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Died Saturday, December 11, 1999.
