John Carroll Byrnes, who was appointed to Circuit Court.
Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in Baltimore City Public School System for 43 years as an elementary
school teacher, specialist, supervisor, and principal. Elected to
State of Maryland Central Committee for Northeast Baltimore City; Secretary.
Board of Directors, Morgan Christian Center; Arena Playhouse. Past
President, Morgan Park Community Association. Appointed 1999 to Maryland
Aviation Commission. Current President, Baltimore City Retired Teachers
Association. Member, St. James Episcopal Church, Baltimore.
