Attorney. Former Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore City.

1983-87). Baltimore City Council Representative to City Planning
Commission, 1983-87, and Mayor's Alcoholism Advisory Council, 1981-87.
Member, NAACP; Sharp Street United Methodist Church. Recipient, Freedom
Foundation Award, 1962; National NAACP Achievement Award for Register to
Vote Campaign, 1966; Kappa Alpha Psi Achievement Award, 1967; Omega Psi
Phi Fraternity Lottie G. Wilson Memorial Award for exemplifying principles
of scholarship and manhood.
