Montanus, Arnoldus

  • Nova Virginiae tabula. This is the eighth derivative of the John Smith map of 1612. The plate was prepared by J. Meurs for the 1671 ed. of Arnoldus Montanus's De Nieuwe En Onbekende Weereld...and also used for Ogilby's America in 1671. Two later states were published. 1671. MSA SC 1399-1-229 [HFC 171M5]
