The National Association of the Deaf (NAD) invites you to participate

consumers, parents, youth, professionals, educators, organizational
and corporate representatives for five days of professional
development, training, networking, governance meetings, receptions
and related evening events.
The upcoming 46th Biennial NAD Conference is expected to attract well
over 3,000 attendees, many of whom are also expected to take part in
the July 8-13 Deaf Way II Conference in Washington, DC.

Deaf Way II means a lot of things.
It means a full conference with over 300 different speakers and presenters involved in plenary speeches, individual and group presentations, panel discussions, symposia, poster sessions, and other special program.
It means an extensive schedule of hundreds of performers, theatre groups, art exhibits, and more for DWII registrants and the general public.
It also means an extensive schedule for the many young people, ages 2-18, participating in the four different youth programs.
It is also the signature events like the Gala banquet on Saturday, July 13, and the nightly International Deaf Club entertainment extravaganza.
It is also the many special events arranged by other organizations to coincide with Deaf Way II, like Gallaudet alumni meetings and more.
