TopIf you use a manual wheelchair and have no arm impairments, please consider participating in a study funded by the US Dept of Veterans Affairs.
The purpose of this study is to:
- investigate how wheelchair performance compares among three different age groups of lower-limb impaired wheelchair users, and
- test a specific exercise intervention for its effectiveness in reducing wrist, elbow and shoulder stresses.
Participants in the study will receive monetary compensation.
